We accept returns and exchanges for full-price items purchased online within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging, returned in a protective postal bag.
- Shoe boxes must also be returned in their original condition, undamaged.
- Tags must remain attached to garments. Hygiene stickers on swimwear must remain in the same place as sold or shipped, and all swimwear sold as a set must be returned as a set.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- A returns form must be included for items returned via post.
PLEASE NOTE:
We do not accept returns on underwear, pierced jewellery, face masks, or Storeroom Vintage items.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
All items labelled 'FINAL SALE' are not eligible for a return or exchange due to change of mind. Faulty items may be eligible for a refund or replacement after assessment by our customer service team.
