"I was really impressed with the Service I received. I ordered an item online and it came with a fault, so I went into the shop to exchange it but they didn't have my size. The lovely lady said no problem, I'll refund you and put in an order for your size and it will be delivered free to your door. The whole experience was seamless and done with a friendly smile. Thanks"
