When can I start using my BENEFITS?

Your BENEFIT kicks in within 4 days of your purchase in-store or 2 days after an online purchase has shipped.

How do I redeem my BENEFITS?

Once you’ve received your BENEFIT, flash your barcode in-store or add in your code at the checkout.

How are BENEFITS calculated?

It’s easy, the more you spend with us in-store and online contributes to your BENEFITS.

Do BENEFITS expire?

BENEFITS expire within 30 days after being sent, but don’t worry we’ll make sure to remind you before it’s too late.

Can I use my BENEFIT voucher with another promotion?

BENEFITS are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.

Do I get the Welcome BENEFIT and Spend & Save voucher from the first purchase?

When you sign up to GP BENEFITS, you’ll unlock your first $20 OFF voucher which you can use on your first purchase. Future purchases will start up your Spend & Save BENEFITS.

Will I get multiple vouchers if I purchase in separate transactions?

BENEFITS are based on the total spend in one day and not on individual transactions.

I haven’t received my BENEFIT voucher, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your BENEFITS in 5 days from your purchase, try out the below:
1. Make sure you’re signed up to GP Benefits.
2. Double check your email address.
3. Open up your spam inbox in case it’s lost.

Am I able to see my in-store transactions on my online account?

You won’t be able to view them, but we’ve got you covered. All in-store and online transactions are linked to your GP BENEFITS.

Can I do an exchange or refund on an order purchased with a GP BENEFITS voucher?

Yes, the same return policy applies to all BENEFITS purchases.

How do I add my GP BENEFITS card number to my online purchase?

Just make sure you’re logged in when making an online purchase.

Can I get a BENEFIT voucher from a past transaction when I wasn’t a member?

You can only unlock BENEFITS once you’re signed up.

What If I’ve been shopping at GP, but wasn’t part of GP BENEFITS?

You won’t be able to view them, but we’ve got you covered. All in-store and online transactions are linked to your GP BENEFITS.

I was a part of GP’s old program ‘Our People’. Do I need to re-join?

We’ve got you covered. You will automatically be part of GP BENEFITS.
