Grunge is all about 90's attitude, layer upon layer of rock meets street kind of styling. It’s the easiest of go to looks, just throw some fresh flannel around the waist and slip on some docs or cons so how do you make sure your outfit isn’t lost in the crowd?

But turning last night’s fit into this morning’s fresh is a whole other story.

You need to nail your accessories.

First things first, head straight for the waist. Old school western belts pair perfectly with your denim and their buckle decals can toughen up your whole look.

Up top we’re talking chokers. It’s a simple addition that can really switch your kit into overdrive. Anyone feel like watching The Craft?

If you’re looking for flexibility, it’s hard to go past the bandana. Turn your outfit up to 11 by rocking it in your hair, over a trashed denim jacket or around the neck. You can also keep it breezy by hanging your bando out of your back pocket or tying it loosely to your wrist.

Yeah, now you’re looking Polaroid ready.
