How to Track Your Order

1. Check your email - When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link that takes you directly to your order status page.
2. Use your order confirmation - The order confirmation email you received contains a link to view your order status at any time.
3. What you'll need - If prompted to log in, you'll need:
   • Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
   • The email address you used at checkout

Order Status Updates

Once your order ships, you'll be able to see real-time updates including:

• Confirmed - Your order has been received and is being prepared
• On its way - Your order has been shipped and is in transit
• Out for delivery - Your order is with the local carrier and will arrive soon
• Delivered - Your order has been successfully delivered
